ACME provides an AI-powered interview preparation platform. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the service at any time.

3. User Accounts

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account. You must not share your account credentials or allow others to access your account. You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.

4. Subscriptions and Payments

  • Paid subscriptions are billed in advance on a recurring basis.
  • All payments are processed securely through Lemon Squeezy.
  • You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.
  • Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

  • Use the service for any unlawful purpose
  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems
  • Interfere with or disrupt the service
  • Reverse engineer or decompile any part of the service
  • Share or resell access to the service

6. Intellectual Property

All content, features, and functionality of the service are owned by ACME and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

7. Limitation of Liability

ACME shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the service in the 12 months preceding the claim.

8. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to update these terms at any time. We will notify users of significant changes via email or through the service. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
